Return and Refund Policy

At Paramount Mirrors and Prints, we take pride in providing you with high-quality decorative mirrors and canvasses that enhance your living spaces. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to assist you.

1. Returns

  • Eligibility: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
  • Non-returnable items: Custom-made or personalized items, clearance products, and gift cards are non-returnable.
  • Return Process: To initiate a return, please email our customer service team at wecare@paramountmirrors.co.za with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with the necessary return instructions.
  • Shipping Costs: The cost of return shipping will be your responsibility unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

2. Refunds

  • Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 working days.
  • Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted. This includes items with obvious signs of use, items not in their original condition, or items missing parts not due to our error.

3. Exchanges

  • Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at [insert customer service email] with details of the defect or damage, and we will guide you through the exchange process.

4. Damaged or Faulty Products

  • Inspection: Please inspect your order upon reception. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us immediately at wecare@paramountmirrors.co.za or 021-945-2780. We may request photos of the damage for verification.
  • Replacement or Refund: Once the damage is confirmed, we will offer you the choice of a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.

5. Sale Items

  • Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
