All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.

Although we aim to dispatch orders promptly, delays may occur because of circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

7. Custom Orders

Custom-made mirrors, made-to-order products, custom framing and personalised products may require longer production times.

Once production has commenced, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

Customers are responsible for ensuring all measurements, specifications and customisation details supplied are accurate before production begins.

8. Returns and Refunds

Returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act.
